Practical but old, dated. No A/C in 2025 in a 3 star hotel is ridiculous

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil, l’accès à l’hôtel et la connexion Wi-Fi.
Concernant la climatisation, nous tenons à préciser qu’elle n’est pas une obligation pour un établissement 3 étoiles en France. Conscients des besoins de nos clients, nous mettons gratuitement à disposition des ventilateurs dans les chambres pour assurer un confort optimal. De plus, Saint-Nazaire est une ville au climat tempéré, rarement sujette à de fortes chaleurs, ce qui explique l’absence de climatisation.
Nous comprenons néanmoins que le bruit et la taille de la salle de bains aient pu gêner votre séjour, et nous travaillons continuellement à améliorer nos services.

Really good attention. It would be nice if there was a little fridge in the room but it´s everything fine. Very happy and nice cleaning lady.
